Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect people, water systems, confidential knowledge, attribution, and platform integrity.
1. Protect people and water systems
Do not use One Water OS to harass, threaten, deceive, discriminate, endanger public health, or interfere with a utility, public agency, facility, account, network, or device.
2. Share only what you may share
Do not submit confidential utility information, protected security information, personal data about others, trade secrets, paywalled files, or copyrighted works you do not have the right to provide. Use the reference-only shelf for public third-party materials.
3. Do not misuse AI or identity
Do not represent an AI answer as a licensed professional determination, impersonate a contributor, fabricate attribution, manipulate credit, or use the system to create deceptive public records or communications.
4. Respect access boundaries
Do not bypass authentication, probe for private or organizational knowledge, scrape restricted content, overload the service, introduce malware, or attempt to discover or expose credentials and secrets.
5. No emergency or safety-critical reliance
Do not use the platform as an emergency service, control system, permit interpretation, compliance determination, or substitute for qualified people responsible for a real system.
6. Fair participation
Do not spam conversations, advertisements, directory listings, research threads, or capture channels. Sponsorship must use the designated ad system and remain visibly labeled.
7. Enforcement and reporting
APAS.ai may limit, suspend, remove, preserve, or report activity when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, or the integrity of the knowledge commons. Report concerns to hardeep@apas.ai.
