It is not engineering advice, legal advice, regulatory advice, procurement approval, an employment decision, a professional license, a staffing authorization, or an operating instruction for a real system.
Water systems are local
Source water, equipment, permits, climate, history, staff, and risk differ everywhere. What worked in one system may be wrong or dangerous in another. Always verify generated briefs, playbooks, handoff plans, training guides, scopes, research agendas, and readiness conclusions against local conditions, current permits, applicable law, approved procedures, qualified supervisors, and licensed professionals.
Credentials and readiness
A One Water OS readiness state summarizes evidence under published rules. It does not replace operator certification, professional licensure, employer qualification, practical observation, regulated staffing, or human review. An unsigned credential evidence package is not an issued Open Badge and should not be represented as one.
No professional relationship
Use of the platform does not create an engineer-client, attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or advisor relationship. Named credentials belong to the named person and do not convert an AI avatar, generated draft, or public knowledge page into professional practice.
Emergencies and control systems
One Water OS is not an emergency service and must not be connected to or relied on as a control system. An operating playbook generated by Graph to Work is a working draft for local validation, never a control procedure. For an emergency, contact the responsible utility, public-safety authority, or 911 as appropriate.
Accuracy and AI limitations
APAS.ai uses sources, provenance, moderation, and correction workflows, but does not warrant that every statement, score, or AI output is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a purpose. Verify before acting and report errors so the graph and evidence record can be corrected.
